Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Please note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Ondergoed & sokken (Underwear & socks)
- Handschoenen (Gloves)
- Pantoffels (Slippers)
- Nachtkleding (Nightwear)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below for your convenience.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions. Include your RAN clearly on the package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval of your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped once we receive and process your return
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

International Returns
For international customers outside the EU, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
